A private training space, class community, Reformer studio and recovery hub in the heart of Kidderminster.
Meet the founder
Russ started Swesh in 2010.
I started Swesh with the aim of creating fitness sessions that people could enjoy, feel comfortable in and actually want to come back to.
For me, Swesh has always been about more than just exercise. The classes are hard work, but they’re also social, supportive and full of good people. Whether someone is brand new, coming back after time away, or already confident in the gym, the aim is to make them feel welcome.

Three simple ideas shape the coaching, the space and the way members treat each other.
Good training
Well-planned sessions, experienced coaching and premium kit that help you train with purpose.
Good people
A supportive, social community where members encourage each other and new faces feel welcome.
No egos
No intimidating crowds, no posing and no pressure to be anyone other than yourself.
The new Oxford Street home
Everything under one roof.
Swesh brings group classes, open gym, personal training, kids and teen sessions, Reformer Pilates and recovery together in one carefully designed space.
The gym floor is bold, focused and energetic. Swesh Reform has its own calmer olive-and-cream identity. Move between the two and the feeling stays the same: friendly coaching and a proper community.
